Recteq Shipping Times

Has anyone ordered any accessories from Recteq recently? I ordered a drip tray liner five days ago and they haven’t even printed a shipping label yet. Recteq tells me that it “may” ship today. I don’t expect them to be as quick as Amazon, but 5+ days is pretty sad. My entire grill shipped out immediately after I ordered it.

I'm thinking the same thing. I ordered some accessories and they shipped out the next day on all orders.

Website said in stock, which the Recteq rep confirmed.

Just got an email stating the shipping label was finally created. It won’t be here by this weekend as I had originally hoped, but at least it’s on its way.
