Thought I was going to make 3 butts yesterday only to find I had frozen 2 of them and only had one ready to go. I prepped and put it on at 8 am at 225. Easy cook, done at 4 pm. Wrapped in foil and put in cooler til dinner. Made coleslaw and served on potato buns. Appetizers didn’t make the smoker. All Easy peasy. ??
