New controller doesn’t start grill

Hi all, I just installed both a new smokebox and the WiFi controller. They both look great, and I was able to connect to the WiFi bit and the controller powers on, but the controller itself doesn’t activate the augur, fan or ignition of the grill...which is a bit of an issue. Might it be the fuse or does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Not having seen the drawings, but suspect there should be a cable going from the controller to each of the components, if all the cables are plugged into the right locations then you have a faulty controller board I would reseat all the cables and try again before wanting a new controller board.
