Having issues with one of my probs being at least 20 degrees off, I have a Thermapen which is very accurate and new! I can’t find new ones on the website anymore??

These from Amazon are much nicer than the OEM probes.

Use your warranty and get news ones..
Btw is your grill and probes sync'd?

Also make sure the probe port isn't loose. Folks have reported better function after tightening the nut.
