I love to cook, both inside and outside the house. I feel like I've (almost) perfected some amazing dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, etc through sous vide, but have very limited experience smoking. I decided to go from Freshman to Varsity by upgrading from a 30" Masterbuilt electric to my new RT-700. I may be asking a lot of questions, so thanks in advance for your all's patience and help.
