The last few times i have started my Bullseye the pellets do not light up and i have to start the pellets with a torch.
The grill is about 1 year old, has anybody else ran into this?

Is the igniter positioned correctly?

I got the ignitor in the mail last week and took the time to install it yesterday.
I followed the video on the web site and the process was simple.
Grill is back up and running.

Same thing happened to me. Only I've been too lazy to install the new igniter they sent me. Mine is about 50/50 between starting up itself and me getting out the torch.

I will say it goes about 80/20 towards starting up correctly if I use pellets other than my normal Pittboss Comp Blend. They light hard and don't get nearly as hot as Kingsford, Bear Mountain, etc. But they're cheap and plentiful around here at TSC stores.
