Bullseye Grease leak

I’ve had my Bullseye for about 2months now & have done multiple low/slow cooks with Brisket, Butts, Turkeys, etc. I clean it well after each long cook to prevent grease build up but this last time I used it when I put it to RIOT mode to clean I had grease leaking out the bottom around the Airbox I believe is what RT calls it. I use a rectangular aluminum pan to catch the drippings but clearly it’s not getting it all. Any advice on a more full coverage drip pan & also any thoughts on if I should be worried about the leaks. I’m thinking about contacting RT about it.
