The Rec-Tec video on YouTube recommends a large spaghetti sauce jar. Cap the jar when not in use to keep the critters out and cap it again when full and toss in the trash.
 
I just wrap foil around the outside of it then put inside. Works great for me. One thing though, don't forget to put the bucket in place when not in use and covered when it's hot outside. You will have an oily mess on the ground☺

Got me a pack of foil liners today from Lowe's. Wife has several mason jars Going to use both.
 
Thanks for the tip. When you let it run for 10-15 minutes after you are done, should it be turned down some too?
I wouldn't but I rarely cook over 325. All you are doing is letting the grease run down the pan before it congeals. Probably overkill this time of year. I could cook on my grill right now without turning it on!!
