Can anyone tell me actual grate size for the 700? And 2500 if known? I'm about to purchase a RecTec and reading like crazy the pros vs cons and vs other brands. I'm torn between the 700 and 2500. And thank you to everyone. I will mostly likely be living in this forum whole I learn

I’m cooking on mine right now but 19” x 35” should be pretty close

The thing you have to remember is the actual cooking surface on these pellet grills is only the size of the drip pan so you loose a few inches all around. You don't want to have food overhang the drip pan or you will get dripping and grease in the lower barrel area and possibly have a grease fire.

Thank you guys... I found dimensions on 2500 which is 44x23.. so now the decision is based on the extra 14 inches
