I couldn't think of a better way to kick off the new year then with to giveaway some meat rub to get people smoking and grilling.

So we're doing just that. TWO lucky winners will each get the above three rubs, called the Holy Trinity from MeatChurch. I have several rubs from MeatChurch myself and I have to say they are excellent so I'm sure you guys will love them as well.

Here are some naked baby backs (no rub, no sauce, just smoke) on the new Bill.

My foods to shy to be photographed, however i will say MeatChurch makes some nice products. The fajitas seasoning is crazy salty but works when used sparingly or cut with a bit of brown sugar. Otherwise i have enjoyed all their rubs and still playing with uses. Example is the fajitas can be used lightly dusted on microwave popcorn for a fantastic little punch.
