I ordered an RT700 with competition cart two or three months ago. Never set up the standard cart.
I have the 4 legs/wheels, 2 brackets and bottom shelf still wrapped in foam. Not sure where the nuts and bolts are.

Nice....if you dont find any takers, I have seen some people turning them into a really nice rolling work bench. One example here.
