Bull First smoke on RT700

A couple 8lb pork butts for the first smoke. Was going to do these on the WSM but the weather would not cooperate. Way to windy! First pic was at 3am. Second one was at 630

Yea its only 45° and windy here in southwestern Ohio. But this thing is maintaining 250° without a blip! I'm impressed

I’ve been real busy with my reg job and side job on Sat & Sunday’s.
Can’t wait to get going on 700
