Thanks! So much easier with the 590. Had an old gas smoker I was using. The RecTec makes it easy!

Playbook? Simple - rubbed and put on the 590 at 225 until it hit the stall. Used the RecTec pellets. Spritz with apple juice. Wrapped until 202…rested. Easy peasy.
