Nice morning here in Indiana, no better way to start it then, coffee, sunshine, classic rock in the background,slight breeze and 17 pounds of brisket started on Hot Bertha!

Westfield...just North of Indy, my parents grew up in Terre Haute and my grandparents lived there for years....spent many summers there.

I wish brisket was that cheap here, it’s usually $60 for a 4lb flat. Prices range $12-20lb
