I start with "Bad Byron's and doctor it with additional granulated garlic, granulated onion, Diamond salt, medium grind black pepper and sometimes some smoked paprika. Byron's is pretty good to start with, but I like to add some additional flavor "kick" to it. It's pretty inexpensive if you buy the larger sizes of it. You'll likely get a free T-shirt and a koozie out of it if you buy enough.......
