Dumb question but still curious...

So I got my RT-700 last week and love it...but it hit me, I read that the owners phone numbers are included with every grill and I never saw anything in there that had their numbers on it when I unpacked and put everything together...so where did I miss it???

You're far from being the first person to miss it. Sometimes the paper winds up in the trash without people noticing.

The other thing to watch out for is if you get the competition cart. It has a “Keep This” sheet that doesn’t have the phone numbers on it. When you see two sheets that look identical you toss one...hopefully the right one...sometimes not the right one. Don’t ask me how I know .
