Yeah I read that part, and when I explained my usage and doing the same, (putting the bag on the edge) I didn't have the same issue you did.

Do you have the Stampede 590 or the Deck Boss 590 ?

A nice heavy griddle inside the 590 would've probably prevented that. (Christmas sales all over the place.)

The casters are mounted on the drip bucket end.

No issues with the legs of my 590, nor the casters.......and yeah I move it around a whole lot.

Yeah, seeing as you assembled the legs backwards, it'd be a good idea to look over your assembly for errors...
