Bull Burning After Shutdown

For some while now my Bull continues to burn pellets a long time after it shuts off, just a slow smoke and burn for up to a 1/2 hour, any ideas??.

When mine does that it is time to vacuum out the fire pot. Then life is good again.

Are you shutting down right after a high temp cook? If so.. lower in stages down to 250 or lower before shutting down or you might get burn back also.

They really should program a better shutdown process but it is what it is and as long as you are aware you can control it.
