Just finished my burn. Took 50 minutes to get to 400. 77 degrees here. Ive had a few problems. Hopper lid not closing all the way on one side, cover ripping first time putting on. Was very carefull causewhat I read on this forum. So far customer service has been excellant to resolve these problems
 
Now that you've gotten the "Burn In" done .... " Let's get to Cookin' "
As for putting on the Cover ....
Here's what seems to work best for us:
First; (sounds dumb, but) Don't leave the Front Shelf up .... trust me .... it happens o_O
Second: Watch the RT Video:
Third; Forget what the RT Video shows you on how to put it ON ! ! ! :eek:
Put it on, in the reverse order of how they show taking it off !
