I bought the griddle with my Bullseye and have already used it a handful of times, I enjoy cooking on it. Cleaning and storing it is another matter. I followed the seasoning instructions and it has worked well. I tried to leave the griddle inside the grill with it covered, and learned my lesson as the moisture still got to it. So I'm cleaning it and re-seasoning and will start again.
I kept the original box and my only thought is to clean it outside, wipe down and then store in the box inside the garage, although it's not very convenient. I wanted to see if anyone has found a better storage solution and/or cleaning tips.
