Chicken drumsticks turned out good on my Bullseye thanks to a recipe from @BethV. Sprinkled legs with a mixture of salt, pepper, and corn starch. Cooked at 225 for an hour. Turned up to 375 until internal temp of 165 about 45 minutes later. Sauced last 15 minutes with Sugar Ray’s original. Bullseye performed good with LJ Competition blend. Outside temp 48 degrees, auger set at 30 / 3.0.

I love chicken drumsticks on the Bullseye!! Those look awesome.

How do you adjust auger rate on the Bullseye ??
 
Those look really good. Can you share the recipe?
Lite coat of mixed salt, pepper, cornstarch. 225 for one hour. 375 till 165 internal temp about 45 minutes. Sauced last 15 minutes.
