My daughter brought over a “Boston pork roast rolled boneless”. She thought this was a butt. It is only 3 lbs. should I cook this like a butt? I do use a FireBoard. But any estimates on time?
It is probably the result of a boneless butt cut into 3 or 4 pieces. Was it wrapped in netting? If so, that would be my guess. Then you could cook it like a whole butt.
