It’s was great that’s all l can say.No pictures and you know why.
 
I quit the beer can and spatchcock methods. I've been doing my whole chickens on their backs at 350F for 90-120 mins (165F IT). Clean, season, stuff cavity with fresh herbs (<--- important) and cook. Doesn't get any easier! Results are great.

Which method did you like better? I have done both but not sure which may I like better.
Beer can versus spatchcock or herb stuffed are 3 different flavor and texture profiles for chicken. They are all great. Just depends on what you want that day.
