I ordered my RT-700 at thanksgiving and took delivery a couple weeks ago. Since it was a Christmas present I didn’t attempt to use it until yesterday. Fired it up and everything seemed to be working well until the pellets in the fire pot burned out. Realized then that the auger motor wasn’t working. Recteq support took care of me and shipped a replacement motor. Just stinks that I was ready to use it yesterday for New Year’s Eve apps and couldn’t get it going. Guess I should have attempted to get it going when it was delivered.
