Really excited to get this rivalry back on the menu. As such, it's a rib smoking day. I've always sworn by no sauce dry rub ribs, and I've been experimenting with coors light foil wraps and have really enjoyed it over my normal apple juice.

What're you all smoking on game day? May the best ribs win...

I've got some Over-the-Top Chili about done in my old 680. Still runs just fine. I also like no sauce ribs but use pineapple juice in wrap.
