Small grease fire broke out. Had fire extinguisher on hand. Shop vacd the fire pit and replaced the aluminum foil on the grease tray but to no avail. Cooked about 13 burgers and 7 brats in about 1 hour before fire broke out

I had that happen on my 700. You have to be careful not to put any foods (especially fatty foods like burgers and brats) hanging over the air gaps. They need to be completely over the pan, which needs to be appropriately placed to tilted downward to the bucket.
