So yesterday I smoked 4 10 pound pork shoulders and was curious about something. I typically do bone-in shoulders but I made this for a friend and he bought boneless. They cooked pretty normal throughout the cook but seemed strange during shredding. I cooked them just like I normally would...

I smoked them with the shell. At first I was just doing hard boiled and then decided to try them devilled. Hard boiled was really good also.

    Devilled Eggs

I had a few eggs left and always wondered what smoked eggs would taste like. I have to admit I was rather impressed. I am not a big fan of eggs but really liked these. Went ahead and did devilled eggs and they are wonderful. Smoked eggs at 225 for two hours. Added mayo, mustard, salt, and...

    Apple Pie

Got the idea to try an apple pie in my RecTeq yesterday. Had enough apples to make two of them. I highly recommend! One of the best pies I have ever ate. Sorry no pictures. Pies didn't last long enough.

RecTeq App Not Showing List of Wifi Connections

I had this issue as well but it was not resolved in the manner you described. I updated my app and it then started to show the list of possible wifi connections. The hardest part I had was getting into my router settings to broadcast both the 2.4 and 5 GHz separate. Once that was complete...
