Understanding that 90 some percent don't mop, I am thinking of experimenting with it as I have never even tasted a mopped brisket.
What positives/benefits with doing it? If so, recommendations with what/recipe, when to start, how often, etc.
There are a couple of old vacuum sealer related threads out here, but none specific for what I'm looking for.
I have never used a vacuum sealer before, but see how the RT people here are always referring to it. There is such a huge range in price, size, etc.

Just arrived.....It's on pallet in my garage. I have been on this forum a few weeks.....Which is why I went with RecTeq(y). Have my Traeger sold.
