I called them about my 340 temp spiking and they saw where I had purchased the 3 rpm motor. They then started accusing me of putting the 3rpm motor in the 340. Its still in the cabinet awaiting install in the 700.

I am curious if the RT-1250 has the 3 rpm motor in it. They are advertising temps up to 600 with the new grill.

I called in to purchase a BFG augur motor for the 700 along with a few other items. CS ask if I had a BFG and I said no I have a 700. He indicated others were doing the same but the boss said not to sell bfg auger motors unless the customer had a bfg. He told me to order it on line which I did...

Do you know if they have a Hickory pellet or just the mixed wood in the Recteq brand.

Has anyone tried the Premium Grill Pad. If so how well has it held up. Is it durable. Can the pollen build up going on now be easily washed off. Thanks

I use the fireboard app. No Problems

Should clean up with Cameo. That is what ReqTec uses on their scratch & dent grills
