Hi All "IF" I move my WiFi extender to a different spot , will have to reprogram it.?

You shouldn't have too.. unless you do a factory reset on it. Other then that you should be able to unplug it, move it, plug it in, let it boot back up and everything should connect to it

As noted, you shouldn't have to reprogram it - but you'll want to make sure the new location still gets an adequate signal from the router. If I recall, your unit has an indicator light to show when it doesn't get a good signal, so start with that.
The extender will only be moved a couple of feet,.

Dan you should be good to go if that's all your moving the Wi-Fi extender.
