I have posted many times about my grills and have taken in alot from the community, which shaped my grill purchases!
The weather was perfect today! I know I go over the top from time to time, but that is my prerogative!!!

Today's cooks:
Breakfast- Bangers and Back Bacon on the Blackstone from Jolly Posh, Honestly I found them a year ago and love their products. I have a full English Breakfast often. Their bangers, aka sausages are awesome and my wife loves the bacon.

Then cooked a tenderloin on the 590 for Easter, for later, based upon advice here. I think it will be great.

Tonight, cooked mushrooms, onions and peppers on the Blackstone.
AND cooked outside skirt steak on the Bullseye.

It reminded me of this scene Caddy Shack

Three is a good start. Here are my main three. Not pictured, a Kamado Joe Jr., Blackstone, Acorn Kamado, another Weber gasser and a Smoky Joe. That makes eight, so you got a ways to go. It is a weird obsession I guess and if that Matador was not sold out, I would have had to grab it when it went on sale the other day, then explain it to my wife after purchase.

Yeah, I'm getting the obsession now too. Wifey is giving me some weird looks and "how much did that cost?" invasive questions.
We just moved into this place, so now I'm free to expand from my Santa Maria and stick burner. The 1250 and 340 are on their way (Wed, I'm told), but I finally got the stick burner leveled and wood delivered, so wanted to fill it up Saturday.
  • 17 lb brisket
  • 2 pork butts
  • Whole duck
  • Cream cheese
  • Two salmon fillets
  • Chicken drumsticks
  • Sausages
It all came out nicely. And now we have more than a couple of ziplocks full of smokey goodness waiting in the freezer.
