Tuna steak advice

Evening! While at my butcher shop today to pick up my hog I noticed they had some excellent looking fresh tuna steaks. I picked up 3 1lb steaks and plan on doing them tomorrow. Anyone have any ideas on how to do them on the bull or bullseye? Thanks!

sear grates work best. In the end, super hot, fast cook, basically hottest the grill will get. Depending on thickness and your preferred doneness; I like my tuna rare so its 1 minute on each side and then sear the sides. Slice with a sharp long knife and slice with one pull, tuna tears and flakes easily, but beautiful when sliced and seared evenly all around. I serve it with some soy/ponzu
