Picked up some Meat Church rubs at Academy sports,if you have one near you they have a good selection of rubs,seasoning,grill supplies and they have B and B pellets $15 for a 40 lb bag.
Anyway, I went to a farmers market today there was a rancher selling grass fed beef,picked up these big short ribs and seasoned with Meat church holy cow,worstershire sauce as a binder,letting sit in fridge overnight,cook tomorrow. The plan is 225 till they reach 165 then wrap in foil with some beef broth.
