Easy and quick salsa that is addicting when you start eating it.... feel the burn.
4 Roma tomatoes
7 Jalapenos
3 Serranoes
2 Habaneros
4 Cloves of garlic
¾ of a white onion
--- Grill the above to achieve a nice char--
1/2C of finely chopped cilantro
1tsp Cumin
1 Lime juiced
Once charred place all ingredients into a food processor and blend. This will be spicy, to reduce the heat use less serranoes and habaneros.
