If you try this at home ,Im not responsible for anyone getting "The Beetus"...haha
Make sure you cook long enough to crisp the bacon. Turned out great.

Have to balance between crispier bacon and juicy pork. I think anywhere in the 145-165 is fine dependant of the bacon doneness. I just tried the candied part for the hell of it. Good both ways.

Im going to try one this weekend if it ever stops raining ??
