Stampede Side to side temperature of 590

Has anyone checked the side to side and front to back temperatures of the 590? Is one area of the smoker hotter ?

I did after I bought mine a year ago. There was maybe 10-15 degrees variation. Right side a bit hotter.

I did that test today on my Bull. About 10 degrees variation. Used the Thermoworks dot to compare. No big difference ??

Right side hotter on mine as well.

It's not so bad actually. If ya have that pair of steaks and one is cooking faster than the other, slide that higher temp one over to the left.
