Yea I read 400°. I have a kettle for grilling. I only smoke in this

I love the look of the full wraps, but I didn't want the commitment or worries of wrapping the hood on my 590 so I just wrapped the lid of the hopper. My sister in Colorado sent me the photo of the cows.

The quality of the wraps is excellent.
