Repurpose old Grill

I believe my Bullseye takes the place of my old gasser pretty well. Mounted an underbody box between the 2 sides and filled in the middle with stainless plate. Now have double burners on one side and an insulated box with drawers on other. The underbody box is 24Dx18Hx48L. This gives good storage and bumps the Bullseye to a good working height!

I love that bottom tool chest idea. I'd like to build something like that for my RT-700 on large 4 or 5" casters.

If you went with a wider box you could use a flat pan for drip bucket and have additional under shelf under the controller shelf.

They have them on Amazon. The bad reviews tend to lean towards bad shipping. So I ordered mine thru Home Depot and picked up at store without damage.
