Rec-Tec 700 Bull

First, welcome to RecTecForum @Marc!

Secondly, define extreme cold weather?

Like are you planning on visiting the south pole in Antarctica during the middle of winter with your Bull extreme cold?

I used my Rec Tec Bull all through winter last year, I'm in Kentucky, and the Bull performed just fine. I did find using a welding blanket (or you can use the official RecTec Bull blanket) made getting to temp a much faster process and the Bull wouldn't use as much pellets.

In any case, with or without the blankets, the grill performed just fine.

I’m talking North Dakota winter cold. 20 - 30 mph winds and at times usually all of January -0 to -30 below. It’s why I wanted wi-fi so I wouldn’t have to check on the meat which means opening up the lid.
