Just finished brining 2 pretty thick pork chops. Waiting for bull to heat up. Going right on to the sear grates. I’ll post when done

Personally I would throw some smoke at them first and then sear.
 
Off the grill. Looks good. Combined with homemade apple sauce and chips. Good flavor from the brine. Never got past 500 degrees. Is that the max of the Bull?

That apple sauce ought to good with those chops. Great job!

I usually do but things just got busy. Still good flavor. Tomorrow I’m going to do pork butts. I have the whole day in quarantine ?
