Bull Pork Belly Burnt ends

Today’s Pork belly turned out awesome! The family can’t stop talking about it. I guess this is a keeper.

I cut the pork belly up in squares, then rubbed all 6 side in your favorite brisket rub. Cooked for 3 hours @ 250°. Then I put everything in an aluminum pan with Sweet Baby rays, a full stick of butter and a few squirts of honey. Then cooked covered for 30 more minutes. Pretty straightforward.
