Welcome to the forum. There will be something of a learning curve, but not too bad. If you are experienced with charcoal grilling, you will appreciate the more precise temperature control of a pellet grill. Enjoy.

One of the things I’ve enjoyed abut the Bullseye is that it’s a lot harder to burn up what you are cooking, not impossible but definitely harder. You won’t get the same charcoal flavor but you do get a mild wood burned flavor.
