Howdy all, new to the forum but not to forums.

Received my RT700 Bull Thursday and assembled and did burn in today.

Not too bad assembling alone, but those washers and nuts for side shelf were a PITA for a guy with bear paws.

Going to do a Chuck Roast tomorrow just to get some grease in the Bull.
Been reading through threads getting info and figured I'd just join.

So thanks in advance for all the info.

I have been doing stick smoking in a cheap offset horizontal modified grill with side box.
Got tired of fighting temperature fluctuations constantly so I stepped up to big boy.
