Loving my new Bull, still need to put together the Matador. Upgraded from an egg. Wasn’t too hard to put together by myself after enlisting a friend to carry to the deck. Haven’t gotten to crazy with the cooks yet. Started with wings, then thighs and legs, country rib burn ends, smoked Mallard breast shot in the morning, tonight a whole chicken. Looking forward to ribs and maybe rib roast or turkey for Christmas. Appreciate all the tips, trick and advice on this forum.
