Late but New Bull owner in Charleston, SC Intro

2 years ago, I sobered up just enough to realize spending hours w the Green Egg was too much for this retired pharmacist and wanted something better. After spending weeks researching pellet smokers (and almost making a big mistake-Green Mtn) I settled on the RT-700. Although I live just outside Charleston, SC and shipping is free, I wanted it that day and told the DW, “I’ll be back late tonight” and did the round trip to Augusta and never looked back. Love, love, love this thing! My son is an avid BGE fan, but he is impressed every time we use it. As everyone here already knows, this thing is idiot proof, and I’ve got a lot to prove it...salmon, Boston butts, Briskets, Tomahawk porkchops. All of them delicious and most importantly, my bride loves them all!
I’m doing some ribs today and will post on chat forum shortly. Thank you all for facilitating this great forum!
