It’s been a while

For a couple of reasons I haven’t used my smoker for at least a month. So I’m getting on it today. The smaller in front is St.Louis. Those two racks pretty much filled up my 590. Barely room for my smoke tube. I’m looking forward to dinner in a few more hours and a bunch will go in the freezer.
