Greetings from Upstate SC. My Bull arrived this afternoon and is waiting for me to get home. I have been smoking and grilling for a long time with charcoal, gas, and stick burners, finally bit the bullet and ordered a REC-TEC. I thought I would get ahead of the game and go ahead and join the forum. I am looking forward to gaining wisdom, tips and tricks along the way.
