Hello from Illinois!

After a lot of research, going back and fourth between the Traeger Ironeood 885 and the Bull RT-700... today I pulled the trigger on the purchase of my first REC TEC Grill and am so looking forward to my first cook !

Upgraded from a Masterbuilt electric smoker that served me faithfully however I wanted to step up my grill game and since my Weber coincidentally decided to finally break down after 15 years of faithful use I thought I would get one unit to do both.

Hoping my decision was the right one and looking forward to it arriving any day now and learning from you fine folks !
