Finally got my RT-700 as of Friday! Put it together in about 40 minutes. This is one solid unit! First was to to do a spatchcock chicken... OMBJ! That little chicken was amazing. Last Night did a fajita run. Also amazing.. Tonight, we are doing burgers. I expect the same... Quick question for ya'll.. I live in the Dallas area, do I need to worry about leaving the pellets in the hopper? Thanks! gotta go get my burgers!

Congrats, have fun getting it dirty. Leaving pellets in the hopper should be fine. It can become an issue for some with higher moisture over time. Keep using the grill and you'll be fine.

I live a few hours south of you in Smithville - I leave my pellets in and just add to them when I need to. When I'm not using it, the Bull is under a covered porch. I've had no problems with the pellets.
