I didn't need these parts as I purchased the RT-590 competition cart. Free cart and wheels BUT you prepay for box and ground shipping costs to US locations, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Just lacking storage space to keep the parts. Will likely toss into metal recycle by the end of October if no interest.
